HP 24-inch All-in-One Touchscreen Desktop Computer, AMD Athlon Gold 3150U Processor, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 10 Home (24-df0040, White), Snow White
The presence of a desktop computer on your table with the white track is not so attractive, but HP has managed to cut some slack for a while from the 24-inch AIO, which looks attractive. I wonder how they did it, but it looks good out of the box, with a unique style that doesn’t match the black/silver AIOS we’ve seen on the market. The HP 24-f0010 components are housed in a 16.52 x 0.62 x 21.3-inch (HWD) body that weighs 13 pounds.
the 23.8-inch IPS screen supports the stand, which makes it quite stable in contrast to the bipedal stands obtained on the most versatile desktops and monitors. The top panel houses a webcam and microphone, and the built-in speakers at the bottom. Like its predecessor, this unit has a resolution of 1,920 by 1,080 with an anti-reflective coating. Not very bright, but acceptable for the price you pay.
The 1080p screen is better than the previous 720p screen, providing a reliable experience of general web browsing, consuming YouTube videos and reading emails. The built-in speakers are audible, provide clear sound and are not subject to sound distortion.

This AIO gets an ultra-thin DVD tray that most major PC manufacturers reject from their product offerings. The optical drive is located on the right side, and next to it there is a “three-in-one” card reader and a power button at the bottom. All other I / O ports are located on the back, including: two USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0 port, one Ethernet port, one DC power input, one HDMI port and one headphone / microphone jack.
The package includes a wired mouse and keyboard that will occupy the available USB 2.0 ports, leaving you with a USB 3.0 port for your device. Wireless communication is via Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n and Bluetooth 4.0.
The storage comes with a 7200RPM 1TB hard drive, which should be enough for most users. It would be better to use an SSD or an Optane module, but both options would only increase the price.
HP 24-f0010 power supply is provided by an Intel J5005 quad-core processor at 1.50 GHz, 8 GB of RAM (the user can upgrade it to 16 GB) and Intel UHD Graphics 620-a not very powerful combination, but enough for everyday computing and media consumption. You will not participate in 3D editing on this PC, but it allows you to open up to 10 browser tabs, stream Full HD videos from YouTube without delay, and edit multiple spreadsheets on the side.
Not surprisingly, the HP 24-f0010 will appeal to the everyday consumer of the media, and everything about games will not be an easy task. It will take hours to encode heavy media files, which require more powerful computers for such tasks. The same goes for games, here you don’t get any playable frame rates. Again, at this price, we did not expect it to be so. If you need to play on a budget, check out models like CYBERPOWERPC Gamer gxivr8020a5 or Dell I7777-7569SLV-PUS All-in-one PC, both with dedicated video cards.
With a budget of about 5 5,500, getting a desktop computer for everyday use is never impossible, but getting it with high performance is usually unheard of. The HP 24-f0010, however, belongs to its class, offers good performance, a larger and brighter screen and works great with simple tasks. Of course, it does not have a touchscreen and SSD, but it still provides what it was designed for. If you want a simple and functional AIO without spending too much money, the HP 24-f0010 is definitely the right way.
