Blink Outdoor Wireless, Weather Resistant HD Security Camera with 2 Year Battery – 2020 Release (5 Camera Kit)
Blink-a simple, convenient and wireless home security system
Blink offers two different models. There’s an internal security camera I tried. You will also find the Blink indoor / outdoor HD Indoor security camera. Flicker-adds features like HD quality and IR night vision. I checked the vanilla pulse. More precisely, my test unit was a system with three cameras. In the box I found three flashing cameras and a synchronization module. Flashing is available in one -, two -, three-and five-camera configurations. The Blink X is available as a one-or three-camera system. But the Blink and Blink BL autonomous cameras are available for purchase. Similarly, the Blink sync module is available separately.
In addition to the Blink sync module and cameras, you’ll find mounting brackets and screws included, as well as 3M adhesive strips for non-intrusive installation.
As hardware, you will find a 720p camera with a 110 degree viewing angle lens. There is a motion sensor and a micro USB slot.
Indoor camera flicker: setting
In my Blink camera review, I found that Blink is extremely intuitive. Each box contains a leaflet with instructions for use. It’s as simple as downloading the app, setting up the Sync module, installing the cameras and connecting wirelessly. Therefore, Blink is an amazing home security monitor perfect for everyone from experienced users to novice smart people.
First, go to your favorite app store and download the Blink app. It is available for free on the Google Play and iTunes stores. Sorry Windows Phone users, they ran out of luck. There’s no Ubuntu Phone support either, but Canonical has removed Ubuntu Touch, so this shouldn’t come as a surprise. After downloading the Blink app, you need to create an account. Again, it’s free, and you don’t even need to confirm your account to get started.
Connect the Sync module
After downloading the app and setting up your account, simply connect the Sync module. This connects to the supplied wall adapter. But since the sync module power cable uses a USB cable, it must be compatible with any USB port. Of course, you need to make sure that the power consumption is correct. However, I doubt it is that high. Then add your sync module to the Blink app. You can do this by manually entering the serial number or scanning the QR code on the back of the device. When added as a device in the Blink app,

When added as a device to the Blink app, connect to the sync module as a Wi-Fi network. Blink will ask you to find the Wi-Fi network to which you want to connect the Blink Sync module. Look for this in the list of Wi-Fi networks and enter your password.
Now it must be connected to the synchronization module. Give it a name, such as Home, Office or work.
Next, in our Blink camera review, we will connect our cameras. Since you have connected your sync module to the Blink app, you will see the camera icon and the words “add Blink camera” at the bottom. Tap on it and you will see a screen with flickering and flickering next to it. Next, select the camera you are setting up. In my case, it was Blink. Now that you have selected the camera, you will see a short video explaining how to set it up. When you’re ready, you’ll have to

When you are ready, you need to enter the serial number again or scan the QR code. After connecting to the camera, you will click the screenshot button to take a photo with the camera. This allows you to see the viewing angle and line of sight of the camera, as well as connectivity. If you are satisfied with this, leave the camera as it is or move it.
After that, the settings are complete. Now you are ready to start using Blink wireless camera. In my Blink camera review, I was impressed with how simple the initial setup was. It took less than half an hour for everything to be opened, in place, and set up correctly. With the application you can see several rooms, each of which is marked.
With their well-labeled rooms, you will conveniently see them on the Blink Camera app Home screen. Then you can watch a live video or take a screenshot. You can also include audio in the video. I found that the video quality was excellent, even in low light conditions. If you have multiple forms in multiple locations, you can see them in the drop-down list. Even though I only have one block set as “home”, it’s easy to use the drop-down list to switch to another location. This way, you can use the Blink camera app to monitor multiple locations, such as at home and in the office.
For each camera, you can set different display options and settings. By touching the gear above each camera, you will get information about battery life as well as temperature. In particular, this is in beta. But you can set temperature alerts. For example, a heat or cold warning if the temperature drops below a certain temperature. There is also a motion detection function. Most consumer-oriented home security systems do not maintain a permanent record. Instead, they offer motion detection recording. This way you can set the start time, sensitivity and length of the clip. You will also find backlight settings, such as control and intensity. You can also turn the audio on or off.
The audio and video quality is excellent. I was impressed by the different settings. You can run a series of flashing cameras in less than an hour. I fixed mine in less than half an hour. This is with the reorganization of several chambers. I like the simplicity of hardware and software. Blink for home offers an intuitive interface with elegant hardware and software
